Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman has been a gymnast in the U.S. for more than ten decades. She was part as captain of the US Olympic Female Gymnastics Women's Team, Fierce Five (2012) and Final Five (2016). At the 2012 Olympics in London she won gold medals for floor and team competitions, as well as a bronze for the balance beam. She was the first Olympic gymnast who won the most medals. Her gold medal at the Olympics in 2016 was her second consecutive gold for the American team. This made her, and fellow teammate Gabby one of the very first Americans to accomplish this accomplishment. Additionally, she won silver in the individual all around event and floor exercises. Between the two Olympics she had taken off from gymnastics competition for three years. Additionally, she was a member of two gold medal-winning American team in gymnastics. She began her gymnastics training at age 2 and loves floor exercise. Aly works with the Uniting Against Lung Cancer Organization in honor and memory of her mother. She is planning to pursue an occupation in fashion and hopes to broaden her line of signature leotards and socks in future. Fierce is a novel she will release later this year.
